Making and posting
Everything is printed, cut and packed by me, so orders take up to 3 business days to leave the house. You'll get a receipt by email straight away, and I'll be in touch if anything holds your order up.
Postage
I post with Australia Post, within Australia only for now.

Delivery times are Australia Post's estimates. Regional areas and busy periods like December can take longer.
Wrong address?
Double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email me at hello@oddityquest.com as soon as you can. If your order hasn't been posted yet, I'll fix it. If it's already on its way and comes back to me, I'll resend it once you've covered the new postage.
Damaged or faulty
If something arrives bent, scratched, misprinted, or just not what you ordered, email me within 14 days with your order details and a photo. I'll send a replacement, or a refund if you'd rather. You won't need to post anything back.
Lost in the post
If your order hasn't turned up 10 business days after I've posted it, email me. I'll check with Australia Post, and if it's lost, I'll resend it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Change of mind
Every sticker and print is made to order, and the original artworks are one of a kind, so I can't accept returns or give refunds if you simply change your mind. Please check sizes in the product descriptions before you buy, and email me if you're unsure about anything.
Your rights
Nothing on this page takes away your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If something has a major problem, you're entitled to a replacement or refund, and I'll always make it right.
How refunds work
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. They usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
